Guarantee and returns
The products sold through our website are subject to the statutory guarantee. This means that the products must do or be what may be reasonably expected of them.
If, despite our detailed checks, something isn’t quite what you expected, feel free to get in touch with us. If you have a complaint about our products or services, please contact our customer service on +31(0)495 46 23 75 or by e-mail. We will respond to your enquiry within five working days.
We endeavour provide all the information you need about our products on our website. Nevertheless, if a product is not to your satisfaction, you are free to return it. You may cancel your order from our online store within fourteen days of placing it. This right to cancel expires fourteen days after purchase. Please inform us within this period if you wish to return any products and receive a refund. You can do this by filling in the cancellation form and sending it to us by e-mail. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
If the delivery you receive is incorrect or damaged, please let us know by e-mail as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to resolve it to your satisfaction.
