Step 1: Add the product(s) to the cart
Step 2: Log in or register
Step 3: Choose a delivery address
Step 4: Choose your payment method and confirm your order

Order status
You can track the status of your order in your online account. Log in at the top right of the screen. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided. The order confirmation contains an overview of the products you have ordered as well as a link to your order.

Modifying your order
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service. They will inform you of the options available.

Delivery
We do our utmost to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. You will typically receive your order within a few working days. However, delivery times may vary depending on how busy we are, but we will always deliver to an address in the Netherlands within five working days. You will receive a notification if your order is delayed or if only part of your order can be delivered. We typically deliver to international addresses within ten working days.

Delivery costs
Wisbroek strives to be transparent about the delivery costs during the ordering process. In your shopping cart (top right of the screen), you will see a cost per product as well as the delivery cost.
Wisbroek will add the delivery costs to the total order. Delivery costs vary by country. If your order comes to more than €3000, Wisbroek will cover the delivery costs for you.

Prices
Prices in the online store are given inclusive and exclusive of VAT. Price changes and printing errors reserved. Our General Terms and Conditions, deposited with the Chamber of Commerce under number 9147906, apply.

Payment
You can pay for your order by iDEAL and bank transfer. It is not possible to pay on credit, unless otherwise agreed.
