How does it work?
The vitamin Choline belongs to the family of water-soluble B vitamins. Choline chloride is a source of the B vitamin found naturally in animal and vegetable sources such as eggs, liver, fish, meat, soya beans and wheat germ.
Choline chloride has a number of important functions in the body. As part of the cell membranes, choline chloride supports communication between nerve cells. It therefore contributes to the proper functioning of the liver and the cell metabolism of the birds. Another function of Choline Chloride is the utilisation and removal of fat, so that there is no abnormal accumulation of fat in the liver, the so-called "fatty liver". Thirdly, Choline Chloride has an interactive function in muscle control. It is the precursor in the synthesis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
Besides choline, Wisbroek AviChol also contains Methionine. This substance provides an important contribution to healthy growth, but also in the formation of the feathers. It provides support in the construction and maintenance of the cell structure and the formation of the cartilage matrix. Wisbroek AviChol also supports the bird in the moulting period.
Advice for use
Add 1 ml of Wisbroek Avis-Chol to 1 litre of drinking water once a week.
In the moulting period we recommend to add Wisbroek Avis-Chol to the drinking water 3 times a week.

Wisbroek AviChol is a vitamin for birds, such as insect-eating birds, parrots, parakeets and Softbills.
